30 minutes of unstructured freedom — virtually, every week. We meet every Sunday from 6-6:30PM and every Wednesday from 7-7:30AM (EST) on Zoom. Drop in and experience the benefits firsthand!
Monthly Workshop — A 60–90 minute live themed journaling workshop once a quarter (e.g., "Journaling Through Transitions" or "Writing to Your Past Self") with guided exercises. Monthly Prompt Pack — A downloadable PDF of 30 prompts (one per day) delivered at the start of each month, organized around the months theme (grief, gratitude, identity, etc.). Vault Access — An evergreen library of past workshop replays, prompt packs, and journaling guides members can access anytime.
