Each quarter teaches you how to pair your modality whether meditation, yoga, sound healing, or nature work with journaling. You'll learn trauma-informed facilitation skills, receive ready-to-use scripts, and gain the confidence to guide transformative experiences for your students.

Quarter 1 (The Pause) provides the foundational understanding of meditation + journaling integration, which underlies all four quarters. However, each quarter is designed to stand alone. If you already have experience with meditation and journaling, you can start with any quarter that aligns with your modality.

All sessions are recorded. Office hours are optional. You will need to schedule your 1-on-1 mentoring session at a time that works for you. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged for the best learning experience and community connection.

Each quarter qualifies for 10 Yoga Alliance CE hours depending on your level of participation. These hours count toward your RYT 200 or RYT 500 renewal. Full series = 40 CE hours total.

No, but you need to have experience facilitating in your chosen modality. The training is designed for practitioners who already teach/guide and want to add journaling integration.

Think.Write.Heal custom journal and willingness to practice (Mailed after registration). All teaching materials, scripts, and handouts are provided digitally. For (Nature & Journaling), you'll need access to outdoor spaces for your practice teaching.
